Set in well maintained communal gardens, just a field away from the River Ore and Orford Quay, Three Chantry Barns is a two storey apartment in a newly converted old dairy which used to be part of Chantry Farm. Three Chantry Barns enjoys all the benefits of modern construction whilst being a property of real character having been sensitively converted with a solid oak staircase and many visible oak beams.
From the front door you enter into a hall with large cloakroom, and a door leading into the kitchen/ dining and living area. This large open space has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker and hob, and a separate microwave. The dining table and chairs are situated in a sunny spot by the patio doors which lead out to the garden. There is a superb hi-fi system with iPod docking station to play your favourite chill out music, a large comfortable sofa and easy chair to relax in after dinner and watch the Sky TV, or a DVD.
The oak staircase leads to the main bedroom with large double sleigh bed with TV, a twin bedroom with full size single beds, and shower room.
The property has centrally controlled electric heating. This is a very easy comfortable property and makes an ideal base to explore this beautiful coastal area.
Everything is included, heating and electricity, bed linen, fluffy towels and toiletries. On arrival you will find some essentials for the first night including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine and bread.
